This 200-year-old cottage has been loving and expertly restored by the owners during the last few years, every original stone and feature has been carefully preserved and the cottage now boasts its original features combined with everything that is needed to enjoy a luxury retreat in the hills of Donegal – underfloor heating, an eco-friendly wood pellet stove, and well equipped new kitchen. It now has an outdoor entertainment area, with bar, wood pellet stove, 2 large couches, ideal for outdoor gatherings.

Glenveagh Holistic Therapies room is also onsite, offering Swedish Massage and Reflexology, which can be requested at the time of booking.

It is within easy reach of beautiful beaches and Errigal and Muckish mountains. Glenveagh is on the doorstep..almost.

A beautiful combination of the original stonework and lime plaster, with quirky dressers. New wood pellet stove which gives instant heat for visitors coming home from a long day sightseeing. Underfloor heating throughout providing continuous comfort throughout the home.

Upstairs has 2 lovely private bedrooms with woodland/country views and a beautiful window seat which is perfect to relax and read a book whilst enjoying the heat from the sunshine. New fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons. Undercounter freezer and washing machine outside in the patio/covered area.
