The glass sliding doors lead you out onto an expansive wraparound patio which offers glorious sea views over Horn Head and sight of Muckish Mountain to the rear of the home. There is geothermal underfloor heating control in each room. There are a number of outdoor living areas with garden furniture, BBQ and a fire pit. The outdoor shower and indoor wet room are designed for beach living all year round. An outdoor hot tub and table tennis table are available on request.

On the first floor there is a fourth bedroom, a reading area and large first-floor living room with wood burning stove, smart TV, games and relaxing sofas and bean bags, including kids play for all ages. A sleep couch also offers additional comfort sleeping if required. The views from the upper floor range from Portnablagh pier across, Killahoey strand, beyond Horn Head, Dunfanaghy town and across to the New Lake and Tramore beach, while Muckish and the valley stretch endlessly into the foothills.
