A €1.5m restoration of the well-known premises on the town’s Main Street is now complete, transforming the historic building into a boutique hotel, wine bar and exclusive eatery under the culinary direction of the local chef. The new premises – which will be known as the Foyle Hotel by Brian McDermott features 17 bedrooms as well as a state-of-the-art function room geared towards boutique weddings and cookery weekends hosted by Brian himself.

A lovely family home feel to this deceiving front entrance to the property. It goes back a way. Lovely garden with sea view. Good heating and kitchen amenities. No WiFi and dvd but that was not in the profile.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this spacious townhouse in Moville. Bernie is a welcoming and helpful host who is able to let you know about the varying activities and restaurants available nearby. The house is very convenient being close to the shops and restaurants

Great little spot

Bernies house is in a great location and she is a very welcoming host. The house is within walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants and a lovely shore path. There are also water sports available and a park for kids only 5 mins walk away. Great little spot.

Bernie is a wonderful host. Fantastic house very roomy spotlessly clean with breathtaking views of the Foyle the garden is lovely to sit in and take it all in. Definitely will be booking with Bernie again soon!
