The house is located on the beach side of Ballyliffin village, a short walk from the village centre and its hotels, bars, restaurants.

Beach – 2 minute walk to the beach. Man-made pathway along the length of the beach – between the beach and the golf course. Ballyliffin beach is also a very popular surfer destination.
