Fisherman’s Cove is located on an elevated site overlooking the seaside village of Downings, Rosapenna Golf Course and Downings Bay. All the amenities of Downings – shops, pubs and restaurants are within easy walking distance (5 mins). There is free parking and storage for bikes and golf clubs, etc. The property features free wifi and is equipped with a large-screen TV.
The village of Downings itself is a very popular tourist resort and fishing port with lively pubs and night-life. It is situated on the beautiful Rosguil Peninsula. This peninsula divides Mulroy Bay and Sheephaven Bay and contains truly spectacular scenery. The famous Atlantic Drive is a short but very dramatic road around the Peninsula. The drive is about 12km long so you can best appreciate it if you cycle or walk. The walk can be comfortably completed in half a day.
