Alder cottage is located in the hills of Donegal, 3.5km from the village of Churchill and due to its location enjoys peace and privacy amid wonderful rugged countryside. The cottage has been lovingly restored to capture the charm of living in bygone days and features, a turf burning stove, two ensuite bedrooms, a wood decked area and a vaulted main living area.

The owners have paid admirable attention to detail and the homely atmosphere of a traditional Irish cottage is very much in evidence. This is truly a special place amid the hills of Donegal where tradition has been carefully balanced with modern living convenience.

Prices are per cottage and are fully inclusive of central heating and electricity. There are no additional charges.

Booking Information

Deposit: A €100 deposit secures your booking, the balance being payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Damage/security deposit is payable in €100/£100 cash on arrival and is refundable when all is left clean and undamaged. A charge will apply where there is heavy duty cleaning and extra laundering required
Included: heat, lighting, electricity, cot (on request)
Not Included: towels
