The cottage has a prime location in the development with large green areas to both the front and side of the house
The majestic Kinnegar Strand is literally on the doorstep of the cottage – a wonderful sandy beach that never gets too crowded. This beach leads to Rathmullan’s beautiful tree lined beach. Along the length of this beach you will find the excellent 4 star Rathmullan House Hotel which contains the award winning Weeping Elm Restaurant.

Stayed at 8 Woodbrook Rathmullen. The house is lovely and very cosy. Home from home. So close to a beautiful beach walking distance just across the road. The kids loved it. Will be back.
I just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our stay in 8 Woodbrook. The accommodation was excellent and Rathmullan and surrounding area was very quite and relaxing and the beautiful beach is within walking distance. We would recommend your cottage to our friends!
